Project Manager

Peace Recruitment is working in partnership with a commercial-build, main contractor, who work across various market sectors delivering large scale retail build & fit out projects throughout UK.

Our client is looking for a mobile Project Manager to join the team on a retail fit out contract across England. You will have the responsibility of overseeing all trades & labour onsite and will be involved with the project(s) from inception to completion, as well as being client facing.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following;

• SMSTS
• CSCS (Black)
• First Aid
• Min 5 years MC Retail Project Management Experience.

Previous Tier 1, main contractor, experience within the retail build/framework sector would be preferred.

Salary will be up to 62k as well as company benefits & car allowance, and this role will entail working away from home, across England, whereby travel & accommodation will be covered.

Preferred start date April 2025.
