Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor - Fit out
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £60,000 plus package

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee / manage 3 Quantity Surveyors reporting into the Managing Director
• Commercially manage fit out projects such as offices and commercial builds
• Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
• Complete / submit variations
• Ensure projects are completed within budget.

• Focuses on commercial refurb projects such as offices, leisure and education

Required Knowledge & Experience

• BSc Quantity surveying.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
• Experience Quantity surveying looking to manage
• Full UK driving license.
