Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a national fit out contractor to appoint a Site Manager for a 5 month freelance contract in Sheffield. This includes a 4 week rip out of the current office space back to it's shell, then a full refurbishment through to a Cat A fit out.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a client facing role and will of delivered Cat A fit out projects through to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Health and Safety
• Inductions
• RAMS
• Managing the programme
• Client liaison
• Contract Manager updates
• Chairing sub-contractor meetings
• Ensuring the project is delivered safely

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the relevant fit out experience mentioned above.
