Internal Sales

White Label Recruitment are currently working exclusively in partnership with an engineering manufacturer that are based in Bradford. This extremely well established and successful business are well-known and well-respected in the industry. They are now looking to take on a Estimator / Internal Sales person.

Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries via telephone and email
• Evaluate specification documents drawings for the quotes (full training will be provided on this)
• Preparing quotations
• Sending quotation to customers
• Compiling technical submittals
• Manage multiple quotes at one time
• Communication with customers
• Processing orders
• Working with line manager and other departments to comply and improve company processes
• Providing ad-hoc support as needed to other departments

Skills and Experience

• Have a strong background in Internal Sales/ Sales Support producing quotations
• Must have experience working with engineering / mechanically engineered production quoting for these
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Strong degree of attention to detail
• Able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines
• Proven work experience in a similar role

Salary & Benefits

• 28-30k (slight flexibility might be offered for the ideal candidate)
• 37.5 hours per week
• Flexi time and early Friday finishes
• Hybrid working up to 2 days a week from home
• 25-days holiday p.a. plus Public Holidays
