My client are looking for an experienced Stock Manager to take ownership of inventory operations in a fast-moving distribution business based in Sheffield. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and making a tangible impact.

• Oversee stock control and inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, balancing availability with cost control.
• Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and reduce inefficiencies.
• Work closely with warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing stock team, driving best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.

• Experience in a Stock Manager role within a logistics distribution and supply chain environment.
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience - you know how to motivate and develop a team.
