Project Manager

Magnus require a Project Manager to provide consultancy services with an expertise in high-spec externals and landsaping packages.

The contract specifiation includes granite paving, water features and soft landscaping whilst working in a steeped embankment with several retaining walls adjacent to a watercourse.

The main contract is under NEC Option A under a 12 month programme

The scope will be defined in collobaration with the client - however change management, contractual knowledge and stakeholder managment skills are highly essential.
