We are partnering with a leading organization to recruit experienced Product Managers for their expanding team. These roles focus on front-end, customer-driven products, providing the opportunity to lead innovation and deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role:
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a key area of the product portfolio, driving innovation and delivering customer-centric solutions. Operating within a matrix structure and hybrid scaled agile environment, you will work closely with teams across engineering, data, sales, marketing, operations, and more.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discover: Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs and define a clear product vision and strategy.
• Deliver: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative, customer-centric solutions in an agile environment.
• Drive: Lead initiatives that align product outcomes with business objectives, ensuring measurable impact.

• Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights and drive customer-focused development.
• Lead the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance the value of the product portfolio.
• Work in a scaled agile model to balance priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Foster collaboration across functions to align product goals with business objectives.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in a Product Manager role, focusing on front-end, customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and matrix team structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A passion for driving impactful change within education technology.
• Experience working across engineering, marketing, and sales functions.
