We are looking for exceptional candidates, who are people-centred with excellent  communications and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to build rapport, trust and facilitate conversations with curiosity. With excellent analytical skills, you will advise participants on the scheme rules and encourage shared understanding, where differences occur. You will work accurately at pace, with strong organisational and time management skills.

This role is Sheffield-based, and you will be required to work regularly in our Sheffield offices and workspaces, travelling to different sites based on business needs.
