Site Manager - Sheffield - (£45k - £50k + Car allowance)

Our client is a respected developer and contractor who specialise in city centre residential developments with a strong focus on sustainable and eco-friendly practices

They are currently seeking to recruit and experienced Site Manager to join their team on a £10m residential project

This pivotal role will support the Project Manager in the delivery of a city centre development, which comprises a steel frame block, traditional houses, and commercial units.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the high standards that our client is known for.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with a main contractor
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices is an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site management
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
