Maintenance Surveyor

Our Client, a well-established local authority is currently looking to recruit a Building Surveyor specialising in damp and mould related issues. Based in South Yorkshire, they are about the embark on programme of works to identify, specify and project manage known properties with damp and mould related issues predominantly in the housing market With a long-term contract on offer this could be the right job for you.

The ideal candidate must be a forward thinking individual and a successful problem solver. The candidate must also be able to organise their own workload so excellent time management skills are desired.

This position is an immediate start.
