Mechanical Site Manager

My client is looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work on a commercial refurbishment project

LOCATION - Bradford

START - 12/05/25

RATE - £340 per day

HOURS - 45 Per week

DURATION - 30 weeks

DUTIES -

• Responsible for for the delivery of the mechanical package on site.
• Manage a team of 15, a mixture of the clients directly employed guys and subbies
• Attend site meetings and hold tool box talks
• Reporting into Project Manager, ensuring project is being completed within specific time frames
• Responsibility for Health & Safety of the mechanical works being carried
• Responsible for RAMS on-site

Must Have

• SMSTS
• Skill Card/Gold card in Plumbing or Pipefitting
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous Experience
