Job Role: Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview:
- Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalising engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and make recommendations for adjustments to meet project goals.
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and design reviews.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating project activities and resources.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct technical analyses, prepare design layouts, and support CAD operations.
- Help manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience within an Engineering based company (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering role, ideally within project management or a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
