Dispute Resolution/Civil Litigation Secretary

Sue Ross Legal are working with a well-respected solicitors firm in Sheffield City Centre, who are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution/Civil Litigation Secretary to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills, looking to support a busy litigation department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation team.
• Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles.
• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
• Handling client communications via telephone, email, and in person.
• Assisting with file management, including opening, maintaining, and closing case files.
• Liaising with courts, barristers, and third parties on behalf of fee earners.
• Audio and copy typing a rang of legal documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a legal secretary.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
