Up to £12.40 per hour
- We are looking for Community Care Support Workers to join our team providing support to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs at our dual diagnosis service in Sheffield.
- You will provide individual person-centred care and support to enable adults with mental health needs or/and a learning disability to live as independently as possible in their own home.
- Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
